Cluny Ministry Group
- to meet regularly, and to ensure that agenda and minutes of meetings are given to the Rector and posted on the noticeboard in good time, for the information of the Community;
- to liaise with the Rector, Chef and other ministry groups to ensure the smooth running of meal times, that all meals are properly catered, and special events anticipated and planned;
- to prepare and disseminate rosters ensuring that all seminarians participate in the work of the kitchen and dining room, including cooking, serving, clean-up after meals, and washing-up;
- to ensure that kitchen and dining areas are well maintained, particularly for special events and at times when the Cleaner is absent;
- to ensure bar supplies are maintained and managed, within (a reasonable) budget;
- to co-ordinate arrangements for special events, including monitoring guest lists, planning table settings, liasing with Office concerning preparation of placecards, setting up, etc.
