Now to the deep and meaningful

Why did you decide to become a priest?

Seeing the simplicity of many priests and the dedication of their lives and works for the common good of people have inspired my heart and mind. Also, growing up in the environment of parish life creates in me the deep desire of diocesan priesthood.

Which priest/s have had the biggest influence in your life and on your vocation?

The Australian priest, who I met the very first time on 10 November 2011, Rev John Salvano. He gives me an example of the humility and simplicity of the priest. He brings to me the new image of a priest who is so different to my own culture in Vietnam. His friendly manner and hospitality towards many young people have influenced my thoughts and helped me to decide to join the priesthood training.

Why did you decide to study for the priesthood at Corpus Christi College?

I decided to study at Corpus Christi Seminary because I am a student who is studying for priesthood for the Archdiocese of Melbourne. Also, I love the city of Melbourne where I feel at home.
