On Sunday 28th May 2017 was the Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord and it also happened to be the day of the installation of the Ministry of Acolyte.

It is Wednesday of Holy Week and as the Melbourne Seminarians are continuing to prepare for the Easter Triduum, the preparation would not be complete without a visit to Our Lady Ta’ Pinu Shrine in Bacchus Marsh.

Once a year, the priests of the Archdiocese of Melbourne gather together with the bishops to celebrate what is known as the Mass of the Holy Oils or Chrism Mass.

More than 200 people enjoyed an afternoon of shared hospitality at Corpus Christi College’s annual family day on Sunday, March 26.
